Stripes-Spots-Florals.

Do you go starry eyed for stripes? A classic print. Always there. For you?

Do you go dotty for polkas? Also a classic. They are sexier than stripes, though. Polka thought from you?

Or do you go ditsy for floral print? Ever wished you were called Daisy, Lily or Daffodil? But unfortunately, your parents had a different idea. 'Sarah'-such a stable name. Just whip the florals out and you instantly feel a bit more creative. For you, too? Oh and, will you be sporting a 'boot-quet' of flowers anytime soon? Ashish (S-S 2012) says it's cool. It must be so.

Ninety-Ninety-What?

When I think of the nineties, I think of cycling shorts, leggings, big scrunchies. Ah, the good old nineties. I was born in the eighties, but grew up in the nineties. I possessed a hairband with my name on it. I also possessed bucked teeth. Not a very fashionable era.

However, this not-very-fashionable era is alive and kicking. Baby G watches are back! Who knew? Certainly not me. I know, how ignorant. Satchels are back. I used to have a satchel; a big red one that I used to carry school books in. It was loved and abused, equally.

Tartan. Question: Did anyone ever have to wear a tartan skirt in school? If you say yes, well poor you. I never did. So, when I look at tartan, I just see tartan and not memories of stuffy classrooms and teachers who would eye the length of said skirt, 'is that skirt rolled up?' Pull it back down. Tartan is tacky enough. Amen to that.
